Laura Brown is a consultant at McMillanDoolittle with four years of experience in the retail industry.
Laura’s work at McMillanDoolittle includes strategy, concept development, and due diligence projects for international and domestic retailers and evaluating new concepts. She is involved in the firm’s Retail Study Tours and edits McMillanDoolittle’s Concept Watch publication. In addition, Laura edited and helped compile the company’s most recent book Greentailing and Other Revolutions in Retail.
Laura holds a B.A. in Communication from Augustana College and a Professional Certificate in Integrated Marketing from the University of Chicago where she studied retail merchandising, consumer insights, and public relations. She began following the retail and consumer sector as an equity research assistant at investment firm William Blair & Company’s equity research group.
